How are my wishes recorded?

We have a quick and simple form, based on personal experience that will guide you through the whole process. You don’t have to complete it all in one go, you can take your time as the system will save your information should you wish to come back later to finish it. When you have completed it, all your wishes will be compiled into a secure PDF and emailed to your nominated contacts. If the email doesn’t arrive please check your “spam” or “junk” folder as sometimes emails services can incorrectly put them in there. While you are there remember to mark it as “not spam”
